Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Requests

At PakTheta, we understand that circumstances may change. Customers may request cancellation of our software services that convert manual work to online through our portal, provided the request meets the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to vuhomework22@gmail.com
• The subject line should read: "Cancellation Request - [Your Account Name]"
• Requests must include a valid reason for cancellation
• Include your account details and any relevant order information

2. Valid Reasons for Cancellation

We accept cancellation requests for the following valid reasons:

• Technical issues with our platform that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe
• Dissatisfaction with our services after giving us opportunity to address concerns
• Duplicate or accidental purchases
• Substantial changes to our terms of service that affect your usage

Note: Simply changing your mind about the service does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation after services have been rendered.

3. Processing Time

All cancellation requests will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the timing and nature of your cancellation:

• Before service commencement: Full refund
• Within 7 days of service commencement: Pro-rated refund based on unused portion
• After 7 days of service commencement: No refund, but service will be terminated at the end of current billing cycle

5. Data Retention

Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate your account. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
